Investor documentation: frequently asked questions

What documents do investors expect?

Typically a teaser, a pitch deck, an information memorandum, a financial model and, for larger raises, a private placement memorandum and a data room.

What is the difference between a pitch deck and an information memorandum?

A pitch deck is a short visual summary for first meetings. An information memorandum is the detailed document investors review before making an offer.

Do you find investors for us?

Our focus is preparing investor-ready materials and getting you through due diligence. We can make introductions where appropriate, but we do not act as a licensed broker.

How long does it take to prepare the documents?

Usually two to five weeks, depending on the size of the raise and the information available.

Can you set up and manage our data room?

Yes. We organise the documents investors request and manage queries during due diligence.

Can you prepare QDB funding applications?

Yes. We prepare the business plan, feasibility study and financial package that QDB programmes require.
